Natalie's Experience
I have been involved in management and consulting in the dental field since 2004. Starting my career in the trenches in dentistry as a front desk staff manager, I quickly recognized and was able to identify the mistakes being made and opportunities being overlooked. Soon after, I was afforded an opportunity to spearhead the opening of a brand-new office in the Boston area. The practice grew quickly from day one to gross over $400,000 within 24 months. I have worked with offices along the East coast of the United States, from Florida to Massachusetts. I look forward to helping you achieve and maintain your personal goals for the life and health of your practices.
After 17 years in practice management, I decided to change my direction. Now, I share my passion for dentistry by helping others. My fastidious process is designed to empower your team and outfit them with the tools they need to succeed.
